Directive Particulars--Part 1

"If the foundations [of law and order] be destroyed, what can the righteous do?" (Psalm 11:3).

The biblical foundations of Bible-based apostolic faith--those familiar, basic pillars of unassailable biblical truth that have produced the Judeo-Christian spiritual and moral standards undergirding our country's once favorable ethos for many years--have fallen and need immediate repair! Our America, harboring a population that, for the most part, has turned aside from respecting pure biblical truth to honoring instead devolving spiritual and moral standards which are inconvenient and socially ruinous. Nevertheless, by the mercies of the Most High Elohim have prevailed. First by way of the ongoing messianic movement which features the recovery of the Torah and secondly, by the recent presidential election which has raised hope for a widespread spiritual awakening and concomitant political resurgence and doused the stalled the arrogant advance of progressive political policy. It thus appears America, as an morally corrupt independent national entity, has not yet been given over entirely to (1) a reprobate national mindset or (2) an irreparable, degenerate soul and left devoid of any godly moral goodness. This providential upholding of a crumbling republic is the grace of God at work. Such hints of renewal can inspire the ill-equipped westernized Ecclesia and invigorate the weakened country in which it exists. Notwithstanding, our once Christianized nation has become woke, grossly immoral, lawless, feminized, a spiritually disoriented syncretism of good and bad beliefs, and practices. a nation now driven by corporate greed clearly profiled by our shameless international purveying of immorality and violence through its glorified perverse entertainment and some modern sports industries. Shall we be honest--and call a spade a spade? By all means! So, these lamentable conditions are just a few of our many debaucheries that have reduced our noble standards and left deceived and condemned a multitude of bewildered quasi-religious citizens to wander along the post-election broad road assuming that all is well. And where's the needed salt and light spiritual power mentioned by Yeshua, our divine Messiah? Answer: These proactive foundations of cultural preservation and enlightenment have been shelved. "Self actualization" is pre-eminent among many church-goers. Pure "salt and light" power, as spiritual qualities of a healthy Ecclesia, seem to be as rare in this hour as hen's teeth, some might insist. Psalm 11:6. Mt 5:13-15. Our vast and varied displays of social corruption (1) reveal the lack thereof and (2) is irrefutable, inculpatory evidence strongly reinforcing the accusation-that we-the-people, as a whole, are backslidden and in danger of apostasy. Friends, it's time for change. What's more, it's time for many of us who confess Yeshua as Savior and Adonai, to understand (a) our sinfulness, (b) His love for us as demonstrated in His atonement and shed blood on the cross, His death, and resurrection--and (c) repent, (d) come to deeply appreciate and rejoice in His mercy and forgiveness, (e) and start conforming to His words. It is written: "

Golden Age or not, until a heated mass of Spirit-charged contenders of the true faith heat and sustain a spiritual truth awakening, this country will remain unshielded from the demonic spell its under and the deceptions, spiritual wickedness, and public confusion which pretty much govern. But don't cast away hope! Scripture informs us where sin abounds, grace much more abounds, as the nation has just witnessed. 12 Corinthians 9:8. The election episode is a hopeful reminder of Yahweh's compassion on His covenanted people and faithfulness to respond to their prayers. So, victory is still within reach as is rebuilding a new age...if we repent and invoke our heavenly Father's power and wisdom for overcoming spiritual wickedness that leavens and drives the industries, institutions, and individual inhabitants of America. Honoring Yahweh's sacred truth invariably fortifies, secures, and safely directs human faith endeavors to overcome and vanquish manifold sinfulness and restore righteousness. We can each emerge as an overcomer...if we so choose. What is your opinion, beloved follower of the Messiah?

There will be resistance to the restoration of righteousness. Spiritual warfare, with its many direct and indirect casualties and is about to escalate! This frame of mind is faulty, visionless, even foolish--dangerous--rooted in apathy and ignorance. Consider the following: We Americans must now (1) repent of indulging our sensuous lifestyles and evil ways, (2) turn to continuous prayer, (3) start conforming to His unadulterated, pure instructions instead of blindly accepting and practicing false denominational interpretations, (4) start resisting all forms of wickedness--fight! See Ephesians 6:10-19. (5) Passionately invoke a visitation of God's poured out presence over our states, counties, cities, towns, assemblies, and particularly upon our homes, (5) rebuild the spiritual foundations that have fallen (can you name them?), and (6) recover our lost moral standards--and from that restored footing (7) replace lawlessness--the real plague, with law and order--OR the Poseidon-type scenario depicts exactly what will happen to us-individually and nationally! What do you think, dear reader? The spiritual battle we face will, to a greater or lesser degree, continue throughout our lives! Are you preparing for the bridegroom? I encourage all readers to set as their life-long goal to maintain a life that abides in the peace of our Savior, Messiah Yeshua. Keep your vision fixed on eternity, friend. Restoring Foundations

Father's promise to meet the needs of those who call upon His Name. 2 chronicles 7:14 for example. Our foremost faith needs, brethren, is the restoration of unadulterated Torah-rooted truth to our lives and faith communities. A return to (a) biblical faith, (b) Torah truth, (c) Holy Spirit power, (d) discipleship, (e) recovery of the Apostolic faith, (f) exaltation of Yeshua as LORD and King, and (g) willing obedience to His commands, is the tall order of the day! Restoring and honoring these standards is not legalism. Obedience to divine instructions (our Creator's commandments) gives rise to freedom and is the biblical means of (1) expressing love to both God and man, (2) demonstrating unfettered faith, and (3) offering up pure worship. We don't want to return to the same old orthodoxy which has proven to come short of this biblical protocol, and won't long endure in the demanding period ahead. The revival we need-certainly in this nation, is an awakening to the whole spread of scripture, starting with the Torah. The return of the prodigals to the Father's house and instructions is underway. Joel 2:25-26; 2 Chronicles 7:14 again; Rom. 10:13-15; James 1:5.

Golden Age

"Be sober-minded and watchful; stand firm in the faith; let all you do be done in love" (1 Corinthians 16:13).

Part 1 - Discernment is Key.

Blessed reader, the executive orders now coming to bear upon America--those which were immediately signed following the recent inauguration and the promise of other governmental upgrades to come--are foundational initiatives capable people and setting the tenor for our nation's restoration ? Will new executive corrections (a) turn back our wobbly culture's spreading problems of lawlessness, social confliction, and governmental disorders--and (b) galvanize the building of the nation into a spiritual, moral, scientific, and financial bastion in the world? I would say the initial steps of our new administration are proving effectual, and hence it could easily be likened unto an icebreaker--that heavy vessel with a reinforced bow that aggressively plows into resistant artic ice flows and breaks them up, thus allowing open passage to maritime activity. So, is working to establish a golden age--a period of greatly amplified prosperity for the nation, a reasonable undertaking? We do notice that the current changes are building excitement and stirring new hope for a profound resuscitation--and even an expansion of the fading American Dream. Yet, there are two primary streams of change coming and both are needed to fulfill the hope of restoration. One is secular and involves the restoration of societal security and profound technological innovation. The other is spiritual and involves the restoration of full biblical truth and its incorporation into a conflicted institutional Ecclesia as the platform that can sustain a moral, liberty-friendly renewal. Both, working together can bring beneficial existential changes to the country. But, do two unmixable visions of prosperity, if not properly related portend good, bad, or both? After all, Scripture does contains this instruction --> "Do not plow with an ox and a donkey yoked together" (Deut. 22:10). A careful look at Scripture reveals that any social structure, large or small, must be constructed according to the instructions of the Messiah in order to endure. See Matthew 7:24-27. Therefore, may we look at the matter and then decide for ourselves how our recovery should be undertaken. But first, we should refresh our musing with another look at the Holy Spirit's sacred counsel posted above: "...let all you do be done in love." This is wisdom and welcomes the outstretched hand of Yahweh to assist and coordinate our labors to restore our nation on a foundation of stable biblical truth. Therefore, let's consider thoughtfully the transformation of America--that is, what is transpiring in the land, and where each one of us can fit and become an active part of this great and exciting drama.

Our new president in not in office by happenstance. He has been fore-ordained to occupy his high leadership position and is providentially set in place by divine intervention. He is thus a premier end-time player, so to speak. There are reasons Yahweh wants to use our president and his administration, which include (1) restoring our constitutional republic's culture and government, (2) elevating and preparing America for leadership in the turbulent times ahead, (3) supporting Israel for a season of peace and Temple-building, (4) stabilizing other nations, and (5) moving Yahweh's prophetic timeclock forward--while this president remains in office. Therefore, we who support a spiritual and morally renewed and secured country with capable righteous leadership in place must pray daily for our president and his administrative team in order that what God purposes can indeed be fulfilled while he is in office. The LORD will do great things for us if we humble ourselves, repent, and follow His instructions of life. Consider what is written: Amen!

The whole world is heading to a catastrophic conclusion. The Old Testament book of Daniel, chapter 7, speaks of the rise and fall of empires and directs our attention to the advent of the eternal Kingdom of the Most High which His holy people will inherit throughout eternity. Meanwhile, the world is undergoing radical changes which are setting it up for the fulfillment of prophecy. Consider the seven seals of Revelation 6, for instance. The seals are historical and futuristic also. They describe the foremost spiritual forces that have accompanied and shaped history from the first century CE all the way to this point in time--which is most likely Seal 5. Seal 6 follows and it appears to be a time of limited nuclear warfare and widespread societal turmoil ("earthquakes"). These events make necessary a multi-year period of widespread recovery and rebuilding to take place in preparation for the Antichrist. Next, comes Seal 7, noted for the 1/2 hour of silence (quietude) occurring in heaven. According to the Kepha principle (2 Peter 3:8)-- this time, we are told, translates into 20.67 years, an adequate time needed on earth for a new generation to be inculcated with Scientism's transhumanist propaganda, a temple to be raised in Israel, a NWO to arise and re-establish a global Artificial Intelligence grid, and create a entirely digitalized prison planet. When the first Trumpet sounds the tribulation period recorded in Revelation officially begins, so to speak. The bowls of judgment come upon the planet after the seventh trumpet has been sounded.

As we go to Part 2, keep in mind blessed reader that Contender's Voice is not founded to inform seekers and readers only, but to encourage faith in the risen Messiah, reverence of the Almighty, and compliance to His Scriptures resulting your spiritual prosperity, peace, and joy. Therefore, may all His saints seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and align our ambitions and life goals with His Holy Word and prophetic purposes. And secondly--may we hold up our Constitutional republic as loyal patriots and support and participate in its restoration and elevation. Conclusion: The Golden Age of America should be constructed upon the foundation of Scripture.

Part 2 - Overcome Deception

Paul describes the last days as a time of spiritual and moral lawlessness and demonic deceptions. We can label them infernal transmissions which take different forms that constantly surge forth from varied communications sources to the ears, minds, and hearts of unshielded humanity. Hence, we live in a period when most people will persist in tolerating sin and twisting divine revelation -- the Holy Scriptures, to justify their sinful, disobedient, and blasphemous lifestyles. By doing so, however, they expedite their eternal damnation. Such will have no place in Elohim's Kingdom. The apostle wrote: "You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient, ungrateful...will consider nothing sacred...they will be unloving...unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control...they will be cruel [violent],...reckless, be puffed up with pride and love pleasure rather than God...they will act religious but will reject the power [Torah truth and the Holy Spirit's dynamic ministry] that could make them godly" (2 Timothy 3:1-5). Though there appears to be a needed spiritual awakening of significance occurring, Paul's words describe the lamentable public profile of the American public at this particular time. While a return to traditional religion is rising to an extent, the population does not seem to be "turning from their wicked ways..." Barna has informed us that Church attendance is still declining, personal repentance remains minimal, shallow obedience to Elohim's clear instructions is the norm, and trusting the Bible as Yahweh's inerrant truth has diminished greatly, while sensationalism is highlighted and the Torah and the Sabbath are largely ignored. Friends, the revival we need is a Torah-centered "TRUTH Awakening." Make no mistake about this! So, what do you think? Let me know for I am interested in your opinion. Thank you.

The Underlying Problem

In Hosea 4:6 we read the following: "My people are destroyed [made weak and vulnerable] for lack of knowledge." The prophet's declaration means Elohim's covenant people, then...and today as well for that matter. In implies (1) have rejected God's Words, (2) have limited spiritual understanding, and (3) have become spiritually myopic or even blind. Further, they (4) don't have enough knowledge or vision to put into action. Still, many folks view 2 Chronicles 2:17, the third most sought-out Bible verse in 2020, as their country's hope for survival. It is! Though that particular verse is a promise for Israel, yet it has a place for God's people in the nations today, including the USA. That Scripture reveals the centrality of teshuvah. It is absolutely required for gaining the fulfillment of Yahweh's restoration promise on both a personal or national level. The Hebrew word teshuvah refers to (a) deep repentance, (b) turning away from every manner of wickedness, (c) going back to God and the spiritual state-of-being where new life, abundant joy and holiness full of glory originated, and sweet relationship with Yeshua began. And from such a restored position, recommit to (d) self-cultivation in the fullness of the Torah rooted holy Scriptures. In this sense one could refer to teshuvah as both a (1) calling and a (2) mitzvot -- a commandment founded upon the grace of Yahweh. Under such circumstances our compassionate Elohim will pour out His kindness and demonstrate His love by restoration and satisfaction of every need. Good things are within reach, friends.

We live in an age marked by powerful, unrelenting forces of both spiritual and secular deception undergirded by active spiritual wickedness--the highly organized, multitudinous dark empire of Satan. Apostle John declared that the "...whole world lies in the power of the evil one" (1 John 5:19-20). Its rank and file are comprised of legions of fallen angels and multitudinous demons that relentlessly work to corrupt the minds of ignorant, unprotected people, and energize them to (1) unite and oppose Yahweh's Gospel, (2) mix the Torah-based truth with false teaching, (3) cause the Ecclesia to avoid the Holy Spirit's full ministry, (4) disparage biblical moral standards throughout the nations, (5) mock holiness, (6) disparage the truth about Yeshua--the divine Son, and so forth. Ephesians 6:12. AI could turn out to be the fallen angelic empire's Trojan Horse with Transhumanism as its wicked formal religion for the beguiled ones who "...have been taken captive to do his will" (2 Timothy 2:26). Wisdom will be given when we ask, so be glad dear contender. It will be needed to accurately evaluate the possibilities and implications of building a golden age in America along side the guidance of Torah based values that are even now rising in the national Ecclesia. Considering our current circumstances what can a common American do? Become an Eber, of course. It's our only wise choice. Part 3 - Becoming a Crossover

In any case, what can people do now in order to rise above this age of deception and deflect the subtle evil vibe of Satan's dark kingdom--ever working to undermine both secular and spiritual restoration and prevent these efforts from succeeding and overtake and direct the AI industrial revolution for its infernal purposes. Below are reminders for casual believers and directions for converts and unbelievers--even anyone who is seeking deliverance and the way, the truth, and life that are indeed separated and in a different dimension--a glorious one, separated from this present darkness. of course, its a Person . It is written: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me" (John 14:6). Yeshua is the source of truth and the only way to eternal life. Be an Eber--that is, become a person who crosses over from the darkness to the Kingdom of Light and Yeshua. Only His Kingdom will endure. Now, consider the following three truths.....

Faithful Nazarenes, bearing compassionate concern for their fellow Israelites, exhorted others to crossover to faith in Messiah and commit fully to "the good way." Therefore, as the early contenders did, we must now learn to love our Elohim's ancient Torah paths and closely adhere to all those that are applicable. Such is not legalism at all. Rather, humble compliance to divine instructions is the foremost biblical expression of un-compromised faith. Further, obedience refreshes and sustains spiritual vitality! Western saints who "go over to another side," the Hebraic side of faith, become an eber -- a crossover. Eber is the root of the word, Hebrew. It's a word that means to cross over or pass through. that is, becoming a crossover who transitions from errant old ways to Yahweh's unabridged, irrefutable Torah truth. Today, an eber would be a person who, under Elohim's direction, leaves his or her old lifestyle or Torah-less religion behind and "crosses over" to the Father's prescribed Torah paths and walks in them. This is Yahweh's counsel for today's spiritually deflated believers that can put them on the ancient paths leading to greater spiritual clarity, peace, and friendship-fellowship with Messiah. Deuteronomy 28: 1-12; Romans 8:16-17. This is the summons of our Good Shepherd. Psalm 23. As it is written: 'When you turn to the right or turn to the left, you will hear his voice behind you to guide you, saying 'This is the right path; follow it' " (Isa 30:21). Have you heard His still small voice? You will. 1 Kings 17:45; 19:22; Ps. 85:8. Tamid Kadima-Always Forward. Hutch Church. Shalom.

There are three essential steps to (a) becoming a committed Eber, (b) experiencing prosperity of soul, and (c) overcoming of this world's pervasive antichrist systems of deception that militate against pure doctrinal faith. With tat is mind, the Holy Elohim of Israel extends this personal promise to you, beloved reader: "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you" (Psalms 32:8). Believe!

First, It is written: "I tell you the truth, no one can see the Kingdom of God unless he is born again [regenerated by the Holy Spirit]" (John 3:3). Heed the instructions of John's Gospel. Everyone coming to Messiah and the Kingdom must be (a) convinced of His divine Sonship, (b) surrendered entirely to fellowship and obedience to vouchsafed truth, and (c) assured of salvation in Messiah--and be born-again. This is a spiritual "birth" occurring within someone being regenerated by the Holy Spirit. who put Yahweh's law in the mind and on the heart when birthing a new spirit within the person. Wonderful and miraculous. This foretold blessing (Jeremiah and Ezekiel) is experienced by "whosoever believeth in Him," the Son, Messiah Yeshua as Savior. It is written in Ephesians 2:8-9: "For you are saved by grace through faith; it is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God." Further the convert, at the moment of salvation and the new birth, is "...delivered from the kingdom of darkness and translated into the kingdom of light" (see Colossians 1:13-17). This spiritual crossover results in the convert being redeemed from satanic power and becoming a new creation in Messiah, and subject only to the instructions, goodness and freedom of God.

Secondly, it is written: "...and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32). Let's clarify that verse. The truth of God must be studied and understood to liberate one's mind from fear, evil thoughts, and deception and inspire them to follow the way. . Knowing the truth enlightens the soul. However freedom is completed, if you will, and sustained once the believer begins to comply with Yahweh's truth. Separation from sin and turning to righteousness is called -- sanctification, or "dwelling in the secret place of the Most High" Psalm 91.The hearer must become a doer of the word. To do we are called.

Thirdly, it is written: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations..." (Matthew 28:19). Commit to become a disciple of our Messiah and coming King, Yeshua. It takes a disciple to "make disciples." Do not remain a convert or nominal believer, but enroll in His "School of Faith" as a committed student of His truth and diligently follow all the applicable instructions of our Messiah. [Question: Doesn't everyone abide by some set of rules, values, words, or a general body of information--be they subjective, objective, an eclectic philosophic, ideologic, or new age mystical blend ? Yes! Well follow some sort of paradigm that shapes our lives and determines our eternity. So, whose words or teaching are you building your life and legacy upon?] It is written: "...if you love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15). Here Yeshua clearly tells us that obedience to His commands, His instructions--is the primary way a believer can steadfastly express unfeigned love for him. A disciple is the student of who wants to learn from and become like his or her teacher. Are you a disciple. Being so requires a life-long commitment.

We are converted, born again, and saved to become disciples of Yeshua, dedicated students of His Torah. They (we) are not at all inclined to be unschooled, spiritually ill-prepared converts. This set-apart status is a privilege. His words put faith, love, and power in a disciple's heart and are the great disciplinarians of His school--they are holy chaperons of our lives, guardians of purity of heart and mind, and the relentless enemies of deception. His sacred laws must be honored at all times. This bond to His instructions is expected by all who are preparing to be His Bride.! Do you regard yourself as a true disciple? Do you honor y! the Sabbath of which He is LORD? If not, don't let Catholic doctrine, which Protestantism follows, hold it from you. Keep the Seventh Day. It is written for you, blessed saint: "And we know in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28). Part 4 - Strive for Excellence

Let's become entirely clear on the importance of obedience to aspiring disciples. Conformance to Yahweh's sacred truth--all that is known and understood, appropriate, and doable, is where the Holy Spirit is leading the westernized Ecclesia. Biblical Faith and Obedience are compared.

"Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but who ever rejects the Son will not see life...for God's wrath remains on him" (John 3:36 NIV, NAS). 'The Greek word translated "reject" is apeitheo and it means to "disobey" or "not to be subject to"; it is contrasted to "whoever believes" (pisteuo - Gk) at the beginning of the verse. For John, unbelief means to "reject the Son" (and His words) and disobey Him. Faith and and obedience can often be used interchangeably. [See Rom. 1:6-8; 16:....Acts 5:27-32; Jn. 14:15; 1 Peter 1:14]. The Gospel comes as a free gift (Rom. 5:15-16; 6:23) but once accepted it does not leave us free to do what we want. It requires that we enter into the way of salvation ordained by God and subject ourselves to the righteousness of God (Rom. 10:3).' [1]

There is only one condition for salvation and that is faith in Jesus Christ. John 3:16; 36; Eph. 2:8-9. Yet, faith is more that repentance, prayer, a profession, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit. It entails building a life-long commitment to follow Yeshua, sustaining close friendship-fellowship with Him, being led by the Holy Spirit, and conforming to His likeness through a willing conformance to His words and ways. Next.....

A quick review...why...because what happened then is still occurring and today deceives believers to reman ill equipped, apathetic, and on the broad rod....2000 thousand years ago in Israel a Nazarene Jew set out to confront and resolve a serious problem that was giving rise to doctrinal confusion and congregational turbulence among the early Judean believers in Yeshua, their crucified and risen Torah Teacher and Savior. His name was Jude. He rose up to confront Antinomian preachers and assorted false prophets, who were opposed to moral law and foundational Torah truth, had crept into Nazarene fellowships and were denying the apostolic revelation of the person and nature of the resurrected Messiah. Further, these miscreants were teaching that the grace of Elohim--which is His undeserved favor, allows people to continue in sinful, immoral lifestyles and not be condemned for so doing. Such unholy beliefs and their resultant unprincipled practices, that oppose Yahweh's intelligible instructions for Israel, are the corrupt produce of reprobate thinking (Romans1) common to Torah deniers of that hour. Of course, the weight of Scriptural truth completely crushes that perverted notion of grace. [Note: the term antinomian references the westernized Ecclesia/Church's viewpoint that the doctrine of grace has released believers from their obligation of diligently observing God's commandments--and consigning them to some of those that are known, applicable, and doable, but not all. Obedience to biblical truth is not legalism; indeed, it is far from it! Rather humble submission to Yahweh's Instructions is the heartfelt expression of (a) love for God and man, (b) true faith, and the demonstration of a (c) heart of pure worship! To love Yeshua means to love and honor His Words which He said are spirit and life . Hence, antinomian doctrine twists the doctrine of grace. It gives rise to immorality and panders to man's fallen, self-centered, carnal nature. See 1 John 5:3. Simply, the word means "anti-law." It's an infernal concept that's been conjured up by the antichrist darkness of this world's demonically corrupted systems and is supported by too many spiritual leaders and fundamentalist congregations. It spurs forward corruption and leads people onto the Broad Road of which Yeshua warned His listeners...and away from holiness, righteous living, and sweet fellowship with the discernible presence of Yahweh. See Matthew 7:24-27. It is written: "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever believeth not the Son [denies Him as Savior, and does not obey His words] shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him" (John 3:36 ESV). Understand! The saints must recover and follow Yeshua's Words the Law, and make ready for the Gromm at His comingand righterous works to prepare for Hs coming

Let's Become Entirely Clear on the Importance of Obedience .

Conformance to Yahweh's sacred truth--all that is known and understood, appropriate, and doable, is where the Holy Spirit is leading the westernized Ecclesia. Biblical Faith and Obedience are compared.

"...and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32).

The truth will set us free once we begin to comply with it--which is tantamount to "abiding in His words." Do you agree?

"God so loved the world [humanity] that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life...whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son [defies His applicable and doable instructions] will not see life, for God's wrath remains on them" (John 3:16 and 36).

The dedicated contenders tasked with the distinct purpose of raising up and implementing a timely ancient entreaty (plea) recorded in Jude's epistle during the early apostolic era. It is a restoration directive actually, written to the Nazarene saints of old whose community was being greatly troubled by the entry of antinomian, heretical teachers. These were wicked men who taught a perverted grace doctrine and rejected the sovereignty and true nature of Israel's Messiah. The strong appeal reads: "...earnestly contend for the faith once for all delivered to the saints" (Jude 1:3). Truth be told, this directive was not only an urgent summons, it carried the authority of a biblical injunction. And what's more, it proved to be a well-timed, resuscitative decree that served to (1) guard the Nazarene pure orthodoxy from the entry of the flawed teaching of various heretical sects, (2) maintain peace and order in the assembly, and (3) encourage and renew the apostolic saints and converts whose faith and hope were teetering under the onslaught of anti-messiah teaching and persecution. 2 Timothy 4:1; John 1:1-14. Looker or Doer

Following the resurrection and ascension of Messiah Yeshua the Gospel of the Kingdom was proclaimed by the apostles in Jerusalem and from there it would be taken to Asia and the Mediterranean regions. The fulfillment of the prophetic promise of Genesis 3:15 was just beginning to unfold and immediately much opposition, in the form of false teaching that contradicted Yahweh's Torah and the Gospel, arose! This satanic interference formulated an age long obfuscation that continually obscured and discredited the doctrinal orthodoxy of the fledgling Nazarene community, leaving it open to varied heresies. John 3:16; Ephesians 2:7-9. /// unrelenting, demonically charged resistance to the Gospel's world-wide enterprise began and human-kind became imprisoned in spiritual darkness. This has persisted through the centuries. The ongoing hostility is responsible for numerous disturbances including: (a) obscuring (obfuscating) the Torah's truth and withholding its central place in the faith community, (b) attempting to diminish the true character and role of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ), (c) bewildering and misleading converts of the Savior, (d) causing division in the congregations of the faithful through the centuries, and (e) leading deceived believers onto "the broad road that leads to destruction"--hell. (Matthew 7:13-14). Another incriminating testimony concerning the pernicious work of the infernal doctrines and distortions of false teachers is the proliferation of multiplied thousands of denominations, fellowships, and varied Christian organizations which are "Torah-less" and hence spiritually deficient. The cornerstone of biblical orthodoxy is missing. This debilitative shortfall has caused the diverse branches of Christianity to build their orthodoxies upon sandy foundations, which is diametrically opposed to Yeshua's instruction. See Matthew 7:24-27. Discrediting and removing the Torah from Christendom has obviously been a primary goal of the centuries-long, satanically energized false teaching campaign. Indeed, (1) disputing the integrity of the Torah--Yahweh's Scriptural blueprint for life and worship, and (2) keeping it away from the Ecclesia/Church is not only a goal of the antinomian heretics but of some aloof fundamental Jewish and Christian groups also. However this ignorant push back is receding. Committed saints are recognizing that all Elohim's people need the Torah and their communities should be encouraged to receive it into their midst. In other words...the prodigal sons and daughters are returning to the Father's House and His precious instructions. The long season of the Torah-less Gospel has produced ill-equipped Christian faith communities, most of which continues to view its instructions as antiquated, is slowly closing. On the other hand, the day of fulfilling the Great Commission, with the inclusion of the Torah and the doctrine of the Baptism with the Holy Spirit, is ascending. Fundamental Christian cessationists maintain Calvinist beliefs that decry this trend. Notwithstanding, the Torah, once found only among Jews and in synagogues, along with the gifts of the Spirit of Elohim, are desired and being recovered and restored to the varied sheepfold of the Messiah. This is actually a important work of compassion that will prove to be beneficial for the responding remnant and even unbelievers. Can you envision this? Its time to pray for God to rend the heavens, come down, and ignite a revival that will (1) stir love for Yeshua and (2) lead converts into discipleship and "obedience that comes from faith," and endure! Isaiah 64:1-2; Matthew 28:18-20; Romans 1: 5-6 and 16:20. Torah Centrality

" " The Torah is the foundation for the entire expanse of the Spirit-inspired Scriptures--both the Old and New Covenants. Its presence can create the bond of unity needed by the Ecclesia/Church--i.e., manifold Christendom. It sets forth clearly the Creator's instructions for Israel--and mankind for that matter, concerning the issues of righteousness, salvation, and faith, living a blessed and fruitful life, compliance to commandments, and how to demonstrate love for the Almighty and mankind also. The Hebrew names for the five books are B'resheit (Genesis), Shemot (Exodus), Vayikra (Leviticus), Bamidbar (Numbers), and Devarim (Deuteronomy), The Torah, we believe, was given to Moses by direct communication on Mt. Sinai in the 2nd Millenium BCE making it the work of the Eternal One and not a product of the imagination of humanity. The Torah was expanded somewhat in Moab before Israel's advanced into Canaan--their Promised Land. The five books, or scrolls, have always been the possession of Israel, yet the Torah now finding its way to Gentiles bringing a much spiritual restoration to the Ecclesia/Church. Following the Great Tribulation, during the era of the Millennial the Torah will go forth from Jerusalem to enlighten the recovering nations and lay the groundwork for a thousand years of peace. If the Torah can be kept away from bonding with the Torah-less Bible believers America, there will be no completely invigorated religion or an enduring full-truth to uplift this land. And the bride will remain unprepared for her Bridegroom. The Torah remains the keystone to Jewish life.

We are living in a spiritual era similar to that of the Nazarenes.

The revival we must prayer for is one that includes the recovery of the Torah and the full ministry of the Spirit of Truth. During the centuries following the division of the Kingdom of Israel a flood of infernally charged spiritual deceptions however have caused a gradual but steady drift away from the original Torah standards and tenets of the Nazarenes' Messiah-centered Torah orthodoxy. The demon stoked deviance from elemental biblical doctrine in favor of the imaginations of man has (1) afflicted and disfigured institutional Christendom and (2) conflicted the saints for many years. And still the generational assault on pure biblical truth remains alive and robust today, and continues to afflict, divide, and weaken the varied Body of Messiah even further.

This is not a small matter. As mentioned, false teaching takes multitudes onto the broad road that leads to judgment, condemnation, and the Sulfur Lake. See: Revelation 2:11; 20:6; 20:14 and 21:8. Hence, the problem of untaught, self-appointed pulpiteers and their spiritually corrosive misinformation blended into Scripture must be openly and regularly exposed, and quelled. A critical mass of Torah-restored followers of Yeshua is needed in order to form a heated core for sustaining the "whole-truth revival" that is sorely needed in this hour. Prophetic contenders today--those who are engaged in restoring unaltered early Nazarene faith to the Ecclesia, have an impressive example to inspire them to go forward in their restoration work. That guardian of truth is the early pioneer contender mentioned above--the Nazarene Jew. Let's take a moment and consider him and his crusade to guard Yeshua's teachings. Enemies Within the Ranks Posted 2/5

Jude -- Part 1

It is written in the Prophets: "Great are your purposes and mighty are your deeds..." (Jeremiah 32:19). The prophet informs his readers that Yahweh, our awesome, eternal Elohim and Creator, has purposes for mankind and accomplishes wonderful deeds in fulfilling them. And He gives each of His Kingdom people a purpose also, and deeds to accomplish as well while living on earth. These can draw a cooperating believer into a friendship-fellowship with the good Shepherd, the kind which father Abraham enjoyed. Such is a level of spiritual intimacy beyond that of a legal relationship. Do you, dear reader, know your primary purpose--your fundamental reason for which your Creator placed you on the earth in these latter days? Do you have deeds to fulfill on your pilgrimage? Your reason-for-being is actually twofold. Yeshua shares the answer which is found in the Deuteronomy 6:5 and Leviticus 19:18. It is written: "Thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself" (Mt. 22:34-40). These two commandments are His foundational instructions required of everyone who (1) aspires be a true disciple and devoted student of the Master, and (2) emulate His Spirit-led life among people. Following these commands fulfills all the instructions of the Torah and thus comprise "mighty deeds." Therefore, let's look into Jude's life of faith and be inspired to move forward in our own lives of faith, prophetic vision, and consecration. He demonstrated his love for God and neighbors by committing to preserve Yahweh's sacred Word amidst a flood of false teaching. So can we, blessed reader, also embrace a life of mighty deeds motivated by a the highest dual purpose a person can have. Such a person will be blessed!

Jude, our man of purpose, was a son of Joseph and Miriam and a half-brother of Yeshua, we are told. He was raised in Nazareth, Israel and identified himself as the "brother of James." In any case, Jude grew to become an experienced elder of the Nazarene sect of faith established by the apostles. He was a devout follower of Messiah Yeshua, and faithfully served among the apostolic, New Testament Nazarene disciples and converted saints. During his era (and afterwards as well) deceitful teachers and false apostles--dissemblers at heart, entered Nazarene gatherings and assaulted the doctrinal sanctity of the apostolic Ecclesia/Church. These doomed, "doubly dead" pretenders did so by (1) teaching deviant spiritual concepts and sophistries that contradicted its standing tenets, and thereby (2) attempting to dissuade members of the Nazarene sect from adhering to their holy faith and Yeshua, their Savior and King. The seduction campaign was, of course, satanically undergirded and effective! The groundless, anti-Messiah dogma of the false teachers included such aberrant fantasies as Gnosticism, Legalism (Judaizers), and Docetism (Yeshua was not human but celestial)--all of which were at variance with the divinely inspired, unmixed Old Covenant Scriptures. Simply put, these diabolical false teachers -- disguised religious wolves mingling amidst the sheep of the Good Shepherd, were attempting to discredit Messiah Yeshua's accurate Torah-based teachings which were diligently and contentedly followed by the original New Testament Nazarene assemblies. Their Torah doctrines and traditions were recognized to be God-given, entirely relevant, easy to bear, and hence had long been maintained in tact and kept in circulation. Nothing needed to be added to or taken away from their pristine tenets of faith which (a) comprised, (b) stabilized, and (c) enlivened their heavenly endorsed religious template. Modern believers are also being summoned today by the Spirit of Elohim for a great deed--that of recovering and persistently instructing the set-apart fold from the whole of Scripture--the Torah first, Old Covenant (Tanahk), and the New (Brit Hadashah)--without compromise. In this way truth guardians demonstrate love by fighting to preserve Yahweh's whole Word. Psalm 19:8; Matthew 11:30; 1 John 4:1; Jude 1:1-10-13.

Jude Part 2

"Contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints" (Jude 1:3).

Jude was unrelenting. He recognized that the (a) deceitful teachers, (b) their twisting of Scripture, and (c) the bogus, misleading doctrines infiltrating the Nazarene faith community, called the "Way," posed an immediate existential threat to the doctrinal integrity and general welfare of the Nazarene Israelite assemblies. He therefore, in person and especially by way of his epistle, pleaded with the region's mature believers to stand firm in their apostolic beliefs, and expose and condemn the fraudulent teachers along with their infernal falsehoods. He commissioned them with the sober obligation to (1) defend--or contend for, the integrity of their faith's sacred beliefs and traditions which, as already stated, comprised the early Ecclesia's doctrinal framework. Vigorously contending for the "faith once for all entrusted to the saints" would (2) protect the spiritual stability of the threatened Nazarene congregations and their proclamation of pure, unalloyed salvation truth. The first century New Testament followers of Yeshua, who were primarily Judean Israelites, were thus placed under a solemn generational responsibility. They were called to resist the relentless intrusions of all false or compromised teachings and diligently strive to keep in place the holy faith--the fixed and unalterable Torah-based truth that had "once for all been entrusted" to [handed over to] the early apostles and followers of the Jewish Messiah. Jude 1:3; 1 Timothy 1:18-19; 6:12; Philippians 1:27. Jude understood the importance of the Torah's centrality to the Israelite Nazarene's faith and standards. It was, to the early disciples, the heaven-sent way of life and faith to embrace, guard, and openly proclaim. For instance, Contender's Voice contends for the truth in numerous ways, and one of them is by teaching that each person's salvation journey begins with the new spiritual birth experienced through faith in Messiah Yeshua, and following that miraculous encounter the saint should experience the the baptism with the Holy Spirit. Jude Part 3

" Go and make [Torah observant] disciples of all nations...teaching them all I have commanded you..." ( Mt. 28:19-20).

Jude's epistle, being recognized as divinely inspired, was acknowledged by the New Testament apostolic faith's leadership and incorporated into the Jewish Canon. The epistle was thereby officially secured as a timely and relevant reference by the end of the first century, C.E., though the exact date of composition is not known. In any case, the preserved ancient summons to expose and denounce false teaching, and defend the integrity of Yahweh's holy Word, has been applicable in every century. And today that summons to recover and guard Yahweh's unadulterated sacred truth is being quickened by the Holy Spirit and circulated again. It is still written: "...earnestly contend [fight, struggle; exert oneself to the utmost] for the faith [the words and way of life] once for all delivered unto the saints!" (Jude 1:3-4). Although many years have passed, the modern messianic Christian saints--those restoring Torah truth within their ranks and recapturing their Israelite identity, are also being invested with the same responsibility. Messianic believers are becoming spiritually aroused to unite around their restored Torah orthodoxy. This spiritual harmony will create a dynamic critical mass of fervent, outspoken New Testament contenders tasked with exposing, renouncing and leaving false and compromised teachings behind while restoring and proclaiming the un-compromised wholeness of Elohim's holy Torah-based Scriptures to an emerging new era Ecclesia.
